A Remote Front Desk Representative provides the same type of administrative and customer-facing support as a traditional receptionist, but works from home. The role may involve phone calls, email, chat, scheduling, and managing customer or visitor information remotely. Typical responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers or clients through phone, email, or chat. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage calendars and customer records. Answer questions and provide basic information. Route inquiries to the appropriate department or employee. Handle messages and follow up on requests. Enter and update information in company systems.
