We are a growing Precision Aerospace Manufacturing Machine Shop seeking a skilled professional who can set up, program, and operate manual machining and EDM equipment while helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and performance. 

What You'll Do 

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will: 

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements 
• Visualize machining processes, dimensions, and tolerance requirements 
• Perform machine setups and prepare equipment for production runs 
• Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM and Hole Popper EDM equipment 
• Manufacture precision aerospace components to exact specifications 
• Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks throughout the production process 
• Verify that all parts meet customer and engineering requirements 
• Obtain and organize tooling necessary for assigned jobs 
• Inspect tooling for wear or defects upon job completion 
• Properly tag, mark, and route tools for sharpening or maintenance 
• Assist with de-burring, drilling, tapping, and finishing operations 
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience as a Manual Machinist, Wire EDM Operator, Hole Popper EDM Operator, or similar machining role 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings 
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measurement techniques 
• Experience performing machine setups and inspections 
• Computer literacy and ability to complete production documentation 
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
